About us

Meet the people and the purpose behind Noteworthy Support.

About Noteworthy

Noteworthy exists because too many Microsoft partners are left to work things out on their own.

Funding, incentives, Marketplace, Partner Center, programmes. On paper, everything is there. In reality, partners are expected to know what applies to them, how it fits together, and where to focus, often without the time, ownership or inside knowledge to make it stick.

That gap is what Noteworthy was built to fill.

How Noteworthy started

Noteworthy was founded by Sian Herrington, previously a Partner Development Manager at Microsoft.

Inside Microsoft, Sian worked closely with partners at every stage, from businesses getting the basics right to established organisations navigating growth, recognition and change. She saw where partners struggled, where opportunity was being missed, and where what Microsoft was asking for did not always make sense from the partner side.

When Sian left Microsoft in 2018, partners kept coming to her for help. Not for theory or presentations, but for practical support. How to make funding land. How to get Partner Center in order. How to have more useful conversations with Microsoft teams.

What started as informal support quickly turned into something much bigger. The demand was not for consultancy. It was for someone who could translate how Microsoft works into something partners could actually use.

That became Noteworthy.

What we do today

Today, Noteworthy works at the point where Microsoft and its partner ecosystem meet.

At its core, our role is translation. We take what Microsoft is doing, planning or incentivising and translate it into clear priorities and actions for partners. And just as often, we help partners translate what they are doing back to Microsoft in a way that is understood, visible and valued.

We help partners see where they really stand, what they are overlooking, and what action will make the biggest difference to their Microsoft relationship.

Our work covers Partner Center health checks, alliances support, Microsoft Marketplace readiness and ongoing engagement. Often, we work collaboratively with Microsoft teams to help partners overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Just as often, we are the trusted advisor that partners turn to when they need a clear, honest view of what is going on.

Our role in the ecosystem has changed massively over time. Noteworthy is no longer about one-off fixes. We are brought in for judgement, prioritisation and momentum, helping partners turn complexity into something they can actually work with.

How we're different

Not your typical consultancy

We're not an agency and we're not a traditional consultancy. We are also not a group of independent consultants. Maybe that sounds stupid.

At the heart of Microsoft

We don't sit outside the Microsoft ecosystem commenting on it, we work inside its core every single day. That means getting into the detail of Partner Center, funding, programmes and Marketplace, and making sure nothing important gets lost in translation.

Focused where it matters most

We focus on the areas partners rarely have time to own internally, but which have a direct impact on growth, credibility and opportunity with Microsoft.

Practical and grounded

Everything we do is practical and grounded in years of real life experience and niche expertise.

The culture behind the work

Noteworthy was built around a simple belief: that people do their best work when the structure around them truly supports them.

Flexibility and trust have been part of the business from day one. Noteworthy offers a four-day working week to new starters and is a Gold-accredited 4 Day Working Week employer in the UK. That mindset carries through to how we work with partners: focused, realistic and respectful of the pressures teams are under.

Why partners work with Noteworthy

Partners come to Noteworthy when Microsoft really matters.

When they know there is more on the table than they're getting. When they want a clearer view of where they stand, or when they need help making sure Microsoft understands the value of what they are doing.

We bring everything together so partners are not just aware of golden opportunities, but ready and prepared to jump into action.

Seeing the full opportunity

When they know there is more on the table than they’re getting. When they want a clearer view of where they stand, or when they need help making sure Microsoft understands the value of what they are doing.

Clarity where it counts

We bring everything together so partners are not just aware of golden opportunities, but ready and prepared to jump into action.

Ready to act

That confidence matters, because working inside a Microsoft partnership means access to sensitive systems, data and commercial information. Partner Center is not something to hand over lightly.

Trusted to deliver

Noteworthy is ISO27001 certified and Cyber Essentials accredited, and independently audited against recognised standards for information security and data management. That means our processes, controls and ways of working are governed, verified and held to account.

Proven and accountable

For partners, this provides reassurance that the people supporting them inside their Microsoft estate have the credentials, structure and discipline to handle that responsibility properly. Where needed, our Trust Centre gives partners access to our accreditations, certifications and insurance details, so they can see exactly the standards we operate to.

A trusted pair of hands
inside Partner Center

Partner Center holds sensitive commercial data, funding claims, customer relationships and the mechanics of your Microsoft business. It is not something to hand over lightly, so the people working inside it need credentials to back that responsibility up.

Noteworthy is ISO 27001 certified and Cyber Essentials accredited, independently audited against recognised standards for information security and data management. Our processes, controls and ways of working are governed, verified and held to account, so partners can be confident that their Microsoft estate is in safe, disciplined hands.

Causes close to our heart

You Are Not Dead Yet

Noteworthy are proud to be champions for the incredible fundraising that Rob Pope, VP of Business Applications at Pax8, is doing to support the Christie Hospital. Rob has overcome acute lymphoblastic leukaemia with a heroic attitude. Rob created the You Are Not Dead Yet foundation to talk about his experience through his cancer diagnosis, to understand the stories of others battling cancer, and to raise money for the hospital that cared for him so diligently.

We are also delighted to support the British Heart Foundation, in memory of our dear friend, Rich Shipton. Rich was a great friend to many of us in the Microsoft community. To honour his legacy, we created the #WWRD movement to try and give back in his memory. 100% of the funds raised through the sales of our #WWRD hoodies are donated to the British Heart Foundation.
